We invite our shareholders to the Annual General Meeting of BELANO medical AG, which will take place on Wednesday, June 30, 2021, at 4.00 p.m. MEST.
In the light of the still ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, the Executive Board with approval by the supervisory board has decided to hold the Annual General Meeting without the physical presence of the shareholders or their proxies as a virtual Annual General Meeting and to enable the shareholders to exercise their voting rights via electronic communication and the issuing of proxies. The entire General Meeting will be broadcast by audiovisual means in the online service. The venue of the General Meeting within the meaning of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) is at Belano Medical AG, Neuendorfstrasse 19, 16761 Hennigsdorf, Germany.
Of the total of 155.036 no-par value registered shares issued by the Company, all are entitled to vote at the time this Annual General Meeting is convened. Each no-par value registered share grants one vote at the Annual General Meeting. Different classes of shares do not exist.
